Olanap is indicated for the acute and maintenance treatment of schizophrenia and related psychoses where positive symptoms (e.g. delusions, hallucinations, disordered thinking, hostility and suspiciousness) and/or negative symptoms (e.g. flattened affect, emotional and social withdrawal, poverty of speech) are prominent.
