Essential hypertension: Amlotab is efficacious as monotherapy in the treatment of hypertension. It may be used in combination with other antihypertensive agents. Angina pectoris: Amlotab is indicated for the treatment of chronic stable angina pectoris and is efficacious as monotherapy. It may be used in combination with other antianginal agents. Vasospastic angina: Amlotab is indicated for the treatment of confirmed or suspected vasospastic angina.
